For those who have had a medical consultation and are scheduled for surgery. At the clinic, you will meet experienced staff who will prepare you for your surgery and assist you afterward. 

To become a patient with us, a referral is required, for example, from your healthcare center or an urgent care clinic. You will be called for a visit where an orthopedic specialist will assess whether you are a candidate for surgery.

Yes, you can go home after the surgery. You should not drive immediately after the procedure, so please try to arrange for transportation. The surgery does not entitle you to medical transportation.

If you have a job that does not strain the hand, you can return to work a few days after the surgery. Most people are on sick leave for 2-4 weeks, and if you have a physically demanding job, you may need a longer period of sick leave. A sick note will be provided on the day of the surgery.
