Yes, you can go home after the surgery. You should not drive immediately after the procedure, so please try to arrange for transportation. The surgery does not entitle you to medical transportation.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If you have a job that does not strain the hand, you can return to work a few days after the surgery. Most people are on sick leave for 2-4 weeks, and if you have a physically demanding job, you may need a longer period of sick leave.
